He and Norm greeted us as soon as we came in the store but did not push us to purchase and gave us their honest opinions on different products. Fleix listened to our needs for our new mattress and suggested 5 different beds. We found our mattress, mattress protector, & two pillows within 30 minutes. My husband and I would highly recommend not just this store but both Felix and Norm to anyone who is looking to replace their mattress or pillows.
